Terms of Service — Pomodaro

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Pomodaro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms are entered into between you ("User") and Mathias Karner ("Developer"). The App is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal device(s). You may not:

• Redistribute, copy, or sell the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App's code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove or alter any notices of intellectual property

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly and legally:

• You will not use the App to cause harm to others
• You will not use the App to violate laws or regulations
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• You will not use the App in ways that interfere with others' use

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

The Developer makes no warranty that:

• The App will meet your expectations or requirements
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App is fit for a particular purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

• Lost or corrupted data or timer history
• Loss of productivity or income related to the App
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damage to your device or software
